1. I'm a successful and attractive professional and I can find a date whenever I want. Why would I ever pay someone to find me a date?
   USquared is for people who generally have no problems finding people to date. But if your goal is to find someone of quality with whom to share your life or with whom to share some of your limited free time, why wouldn't you want to pre-screen that group of candidates for the best possible choices? You could wash your own car, dry clean your own clothes, day trade and clean your own home, but many of these activities take up a considerable amount of time and require more effort and expertise than you have. Choosing the right person to share in your personal life is equal to, if not more important, than some of the activities you leave to others to do. Why not let people who are experts in finding matches for people like yourself do the heavy lifting for you?
2. If I live outside of your geographic area, can I be a USquared client?
   We're currently establishing offices all over the United States and abroad. If you complete a questionnaire and you don't live within our current geographical service area, we'll contact you if one of our current clients indicates a willingness to date someone outside of our current service area or when we're starting service in your area. In the former case, we would arrange to meet you when you were in our service area or we would travel to a mutually agreeable location to meet you.
3. Why do you offer so few matches?
   This isn't a numbers game for us. We honestly don't believe that it will take more than a few dates for us to find the right person for you, but some clients find comfort in knowing that we guarantee a minimum number of introductions. In addition, let's be honest—the pool of eligible candidates who meet our criteria is smaller than for many other companies that are less exclusive and less selective. And our ultimate goal is to find the right person for you, not a whole host of second-rate choices.
4. Can you reject my application?
   Yes. USquared's service is not for everyone. We are highly selective, but we’ll also admit when we just can't find someone who meets your expectations. For those reasons we will say “no thanks.” In addition, we conduct a background screening and verify employment and salary. If you have omitted material information, provided false information or if anything materially adverse appears in our background screening or any portion of our application verification that you have not previously disclosed, we have the right to reject your application.
5. How are your clients screened?
   We conduct a background check on every client. In addition, all of our clients are screened through personal interviews. We check driver's licenses and verify salary. The multiple checkpoints in our process should make you feel more secure than dating someone in a more casual manner.
6. Will I always have the same person working with me?
   Yes, the USquared consultant you begin the process with will be with you until the end of your process, unless you're not happy.
7. Who are your clients?
   Professional people of color looking to meet other professional people of color, between the ages of twenty-five and fifty, who annually earn upwards of $40,000 and who live in the Washington D.C., Baltimore, and Philadelphia metro areas.
8. Do you accept white/Caucasian clients?
   Generally, USquared caters to professional people of color looking to date other professional people of color.
9. I'm almost too busy for dating and I'm definitely too busy for this. Isn't this just a waste of time?
   No, it isn't a waste of time if you want to be in a relationship. If you've ever been on a date and felt like you wasted an evening of your life, then being a USquared client is definitely not going to be a waste of time - it's going to save you time. Your career and your life can't afford wasted energy on random dating. If you're looking for the right person who doesn't want to play games and who's just as serious as you are about starting a new personal future, then USquared is exactly the service you need to streamline your personal life.
10. The person I'm looking for would never sign up for a dating service, so why should I?
    You'd be surprised what professionals are doing to find the right person. Today's professional is busier than ever. The advent of the personal computer, PDA devices, blackberries, cell phones, etc. have made meeting people in the "traditional way" less manageable. Today's busy professional wants a personal life, but doesn't want to waste time in the stereotypical venues to meet other singles. USquared clients are generally not the type of people you find in a bar every night after work.
